BTBB developed an initial feasibility study for the Baldwin County Courthouse facilities, to include programming, space utilization studies, conceptual planning, and cost estimating.


The study involved the development of several alternative schemes to evaluate renovation / addition to the existing Courthouse, construction of a new annex facility, and construction of a complete new facility. After the project was funded as a result of a successful SPLOST vote, the new Courthouse was constructed on a downtown site, and a parking deck was constructed adjacent to the Courthouse.


The Courthouse houses all Baldwin County administrative facilities, courts, and court-related functions.
