BTBB developed an initial feasibility study for the Baldwin County Courthouse facilities, to include programming, space utilization studies, conceptual planning, and cost estimating.

The study involved the development of several alternative schemes to evaluate renovation / addition to the existing Courthouse, construction of a new annex facility, and construction of a complete new facility. After the project was funded as a result of a successful SPLOST vote, the new Courthouse was constructed on a downtown site, and a parking deck was constructed adjacent to the Courthouse.

The Courthouse houses all Baldwin County administrative facilities, courts, and court-related functions.

The new City Hall houses Byron’s City administrative offices and Police Department.  An existing adjacent school was connected and renovated to house a municipal auditorium and Senior activity facilities.

After the project was funded as a result of a successful SPLOST vote, the existing Courthouse building was fully renovated, and a substantial new addition was constructed.

The facility houses County administrative offices, courts, and court-related offices.

After the project was funded as a result of a successful SPLOST vote, the existing courthouse and 1960’s era annex were renovated, and a substantial new addition was constructed.
