A Legacy of Design Since 1975
Our History
BTBB has been designing thoughtful, functional architecture across Macon and Middle Georgia since 1975. Originally founded as a full-service architectural planning and design firm, we’ve continued to evolve with the region while staying true to our roots: hands-on service, practical solutions, and a commitment to beauty that lasts.
In 2010, we streamlined our name to BTBB Inc., but our values haven’t changed.
Leadership with a Personal Touch
Today, our firm is led by our principals – Bob Brown and Will Stanford. They, together with a small and dedicated technical and administrative team, are hands-on through every phase of a project, from rough idea to ribbon-cutting.
A Dedicated Team with Broad Capabilities
Our team includes two registered architects, a registered landscape architect, two experienced CADD technicians, and a skilled administrative staff. We work closely together to deliver well-rounded, fully integrated design services.
BTBB’s portfolio includes libraries, educational facilities, courthouses, historic preservation projects, civic and municipal buildings, places of worship, housing, master planning, and landscape architecture. Every project benefits from our decades of experience, deep regional knowledge, and collaborative process.
Home Base in a Piece of History
Our office is located at 609 Cherry Street in downtown Macon. We renovated the historic building ourselves, earning recognition from both the State Historic Preservation Office and the National Park Service. It’s a space that reflects our values—respect for history, commitment to craft, and pride in the places we help shape.
