Project Overview

The original City Hall Building for the City of Douglas, Georgia was erected in 1959 and an addition followed in 1979. As the municipality experienced growth, the building remained the same for far too long, until it reached an inflection point. Therefore, the buildings were completely gutted, renovated and an addition was constructed, reorienting the front of the facility toward South Madison Avenue / Highway 441. The site was redeveloped with new drives, parking and a customer service drive-thru.
