Originally constructed as Dublin’s first bank in 1898, this nearly 14,000 square-foot Queen Anne style building has been home to everything from a grocery store to a department store, as well as professional offices. In 2017, the building was purchased and renovated utilizing State & Federal Historic Building Tax Credit Programs. On the exterior, the iconic cupola, storefronts and window arrangement were restored to their historic condition. The ground floor was developed as speculative retail space, while keeping a majority of the original bank lobby elements. On the second floor, a collaborative office space was created with multiple options for private or shared work spaces, conference/meeting rooms and employee amenities – including an open break area and shared courtyard. https://www.thehenrydublin.com/
