Project Overview
BTBB assisted InFill Housing, Inc. in preparing a redevelopment scheme for Tindall Heights, a 28-acre public housing project constructed in the 1940’s era. The planning involved total demolition of all existing buildings and complete redevelopment of the site to integrate it into the surrounding neighborhoods. The Conceptual Site Plan reintroduces much of the original pre-1940 street grid that was destroyed to create the public housing superblock.
This 2nd Phase includes 65-units of a one, two, and three-bedroom mixture and the Construction of a Community Building designed to serve all phases of Tindall Fields.
