Project Overview
Wiggs Hall was constructed ca. 1903 as the first science classroom building on Mercer’s Macon campus. The discovery phase of design featured several surprises including a previous ground floor auditorium which had been lost to time. The renovations & elevator building addition provides a new life for Mercer’s Office for Career and Professional Development and Office of Global Engagement, as well as the Offices of Fellowships, Scholarships and the Honors program.
