Restoring this mid-20th century warehouse took thorough investigation and planning and the result was a remarkable office space for ICB Construction. Care was taken to develop the plan around a new central clerestory, which illuminates the spacious hallways and hospitality zone.

Reopening the windows illuminates individual offices that cluster around shared co-working spaces for team collaboration. Elements of the historic trim work, brick walls and industrial concrete floors enhance this modern office space for the staff and their guests alike.
