Grace Garden Memory Care is a new facility on the Church Home LifeSpring Rehabilitation and Healthcare campus.  The 18,000 square foot facility houses 20 single and double resident rooms, a living room, den, dining room, resident kitchen, all-season porch, and memory garden.

The design of the building, both exterior and interior, is intentionally residential in scale, materials, and layout, to give residents the comfort of feeling like they are at home.

Grace Garden serves as a prototype for additional memory care buildings on the site.
