Part of a larger redevelopment effort of Davis, Mounts, & Murphey Renovations, these three sites included 476 units of exterior and interior renovation, along with one community building renovation at each site.

The before-and-after comparisons are striking, making an astonishing impact on these mid-20th century neighborhoods.  Porches were given dignity with a color palette inspired by other historic Macon neighborhoods, encouraging residents to use them for community building.

Interiors were completely refreshed with new kitchens, bathrooms and a complete upgrade to the floors, walls, and ceilings.
