Project Overview

This building was purchased out of foreclosure by NewTown Macon in 2014 and became one of the most impactful renovations in Downtown Macon’s revitalization effort. Because of a previous fire, the building’s façade was in desperate need of restoration. NewTown Macon inhabited the ground floor with their offices and meeting space while co-working space was created to encourage business development from entrepreneurs.
